Preview Profile Picture provides a free, browser-based tool to preview and crop profile pictures, plus related guides. The tool runs on your device; we don’t receive or store the images you work with.

2. Acceptable use

Use the site for lawful purposes only. Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse the service in order to harm it or other users, and only upload images you have the right to use. You are solely responsible for the images you process and where you choose to publish the results.

3. No warranty

The tool and all dimensions and guidance are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep platform sizes accurate, but platforms change their specifications and display them differently across devices, so we can’t guarantee a preview will match every screen exactly. Always treat the preview as a close guide, not a pixel-perfect promise.

4. Trademarks & affiliation

Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Discord, WhatsApp, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube and all other platform names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. The mock-ups are original recreations for the purpose of previewing image crops.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including any outcome from a profile picture you upload elsewhere.

6. Links & ads

The site may contain advertising and links to third-party sites. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Any affiliate links will be clearly disclosed.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
